Is to be held in Western Australia on Tuesday March 13. The Venerable Ajahn Brahm will host the Conference and AGM at the Jhana Grove Meditation Retreat Centre.

FABC officially recognized to represent all Buddhists in Australia and ASA representing all Australian Buddhist monks and nuns

The Buddhist Council of Western Australia (BCWA) is pleased to announce that the Federation of Australian Buddhist Council (FABC) has been officially recognized by the Australian government as the peak body representing all Buddhists in Australia and the Australian Sangha Association (ASA) has been recognized as the peak body representing all Australian monks and nuns.”

Announcement by Senator the Hon. Zed Seleja Asst. Minister for Multicultural Interests who hosted Vesak for the first time celebrated at the Australian Federal House on 10 May 2017.
