International Food Fair at Nollamara
If you want to experience the food, fun and festivity of an Asian fair right here in Perth you might want to swing by the yearly International Food Fair on Sunday 27th Nov 2011 at Nanson Way, Nollamara.
INTERNATIONAL FOOD FAIR from 9.30am – 2.30pm at Dhammaloka Buddhist Centre, 18-20 Nanson Way, Nollamara
The range of food includes all the different types of home-cooked, yummy and delicious food, (vegetarian as well as non-vegetarian), satay, savouries, rice & curry, noodles, desserts, cakes, ice-kacang, etc…
There will be Thai, Malaysian, Singaporean, Sri Lankan, Vietnamese, Christmas Islanders, Italian, Chinese, Burgers/Sausage stalls.
But we are still looking for more help with donation of cooked food, sweets or desserts, soft drinks etc…
If you are unable to help with the food, perhaps you will consider donating towards the cost of the ingredients.
We are also looking for help with the hiring of tables, cooking stoves, waste bins, etc. If you can help out in any way, that would be deeply appreciated. We require volunteers on Saturday 26th November 9am – 2 pm to Set Up and Sunday 27th November 7am – 3 pm – Set Up/Pack Down and Two People for the Coupon Area.
Lastly all are welcome to contribute towards the POT PLANTS STALL, preferably with plants attaching a price tag for convenience of sale.

The program for the entertainment on the day are as follows:
9:45 am – BSWA president will give a welcome speech
10:00 am – Ajahn Brahm cuts yellow ribbon to officially open The ‘Food Fair’. Releasing of balloons.
11:00 – 11:45am – Sunday Dhamma school
children’s individual musical
presentation, group singing
and group dancing.
11:45 -12 noon – Thai dances.
12:00 -12:15pm – Chinese musical
instrument performance.
12:15 -1pm – Thai Dances
